Traveling Route 495 North or South from New Hampshire, Maine or Boston:

Take Exit 55 (Salisbury Beach Route 110). Left off ramp traveling South, Right off ramp traveling North. Continue through 2 sets of lights (passing Burger King and Friendly's at first light).Turn Right at second light. Follow this windy road for 1 mile over the green bridge that crosses over the Merrimack River. Just over the bridge about 100 yards you will come to a three-prong fork in the road. Follow the middle Road up the hill for 1 mile to intersection by Atkinson Park. Turn Left, you are now on Route 113 / High Street. Travel 2 miles to the overhead blinking light by the old Newburyport Court House approximately 3 miles from Malls. The next full working light will be State Street (yellow house on left corner, Mobil Gas on far right corner). Continue straight for 1/2 mile and turn Left onto Bromfield Street. Follow for 3/10 of a mile (third street on left). Turn left onto Purchase Street, go one block to stop sign and turn Right onto Franklin Street. Proceed to bottom of street. 154 Water Street is on the right with parking on the left.

Traveling Route 113 East from Haverhill/ W. Newbury:

Follow Route 113 East over Route 95 Route 113 becomes High Street. Continue through 3 sets of lights. You will then come to an overhead blinking light by the old Newburyport Court House approximately 3 miles from Malls. The next full working light will be State Street (yellow house on left corner, Mobil Gas on far right corner). Continue straight for 1/2 mile and turn Left onto Bromfield Street. Follow for 3/10 of a mile (third street on left). Turn left onto Purchase Street, go one block to stop sign and turn Right onto Franklin Street. Proceed to bottom of street. 154 Water Street is on the right with parking on the left.

Take Exit 57 (Route 113 towards Newburyport.MA). Left off ramp traveling South, Right off ramp traveling North. Follow Route 113 going East, Route 113 becomes High Street. Continue through 3 sets of lights. You will then come to an overhead blinking light by the old Newburyport Court House approximately 3 miles from Malls. Traveling Route 1 North from Danvers or Peabody:

Follow Route 1 North through Rowley pass Governor Dummer Academy on left, salt marshes on right. Turn Right onto Hanover Street (this is also the turn for Plum Island), continue for 1 mile to full set of lights turn left onto Route 1A (High Road) follow for 1/2 mile turn right onto Bromfield Street. Follow for 3/10 of a mile (third street on left). Turn left onto Purchase Street, go one block to stop sign and turn Right onto Franklin Street. Proceed to bottom of street. 154 Water Street is on the right with parking on the left.

Traveling Route 1A North from Cape Ann and North Shore area:

Follow Route 1A through Ipswich and Rowley. At the full stop light (turn for Town Green and Plum Island) continue on Route 1A North for 1/2 mile turn right onto Bromfield Street. Follow for 3/10 of a mile (third street on left). Turn left onto Purchase Street, go one block to stop sign and turn Right onto Franklin Street. Proceed to bottom of street. 154 Water Street is on the right with parking on the left.

Description of 154 Water Street (corner of Franklin & Water Streets.):

Two-story tan apartment house with white trim, green doors. Come in the corner door with the M$ sign. Parking is available in the lot next door or on the street. (do not try to park on Water Street - too busy!)
